When people strictly put the objectivity of time and value in a subject. It becomes much more clear to see what's need to be done first. It's not humane, but it is just much more clear.
The aim of this project is to put the employee in multiple parameters, value, and scores.
But the paradox is, we can't just rely on people's destiny on just some stats or numbers. It's more complicated than that. So the design objective is quite simple: By showing so many data of one person, and let the human’s mind elaborate the final decision to determine the next step, and to improve the competency.
