It's the thing that you scan with your eWallet app, the thing that your bar has for managing their table, and many more.
As one of the longest players in POS device distributor company, Kahar Duta Sarana(KDS) needs to revamp their digital marketing strategy. It's necessary step to catch up with their new consumer behavior that can find what they want easily in many ecommerce platform.
The problem is, not all products are always ready to be shipped. Many POS devices need further customization, so some of the orders need tracking tools for their customization development. That's why I also create the dashboard interface for users to view their order development progress. These feature help user to have a sense of guarantee and transparency for their order
